Dear Bud, I wanted to send you a note about the immediate attention and the professional mannerism I was shown by your office. I called many times due to my own paranoia. Ha! Ha! No matter how many times I called, often re-wording the questions, Janice always took the time and answered them. She graciously told me that this is what is here for and to feel free to call anytime. Janice made me feel that “No Question” was frivolous and I always hung up feeling very informed and pleased.
